So there we were.

I was on the floor and she was on the couch and we were talking.

Actually she was talking and I was looking at her. I'm not sure I was listening to the words she was saying, because all I could feel was this enormous sense of well-being.

Everything was right. I saw my place in the big big universe.

And I realised that she was perfect.

In her place in the big big universe.

Which happened to be the same as mine.

And I knew I'd found her.

So I asked her.

And she said 'yes'.
