"A super hero for the kids in the bottles..."

The one about Scotland's undeniable beauty

A wee entry frae o'er the loch...

Have spent the last three days driving over the highlandsand witnessing sights so unbelievebly beautiful, that no photographs will capture how awe-inspiring and breathtaking it all really is...

Left Edinburgh for Aberdeen on Sunday - stopping at Falkland to marvel at the Palace, and on to St Andrews, where I was sureto be photographed at the wee stone bridge next facing the 18th...

Arrived in Aberdeenin evening before setting off up and into the heart of the highlands yesterday...Aviemore, Dunclacht castle, Inverness, Loch Ness, Urchart Castle, Culloden,Eilean Doan Castle (you know - the one they used in the movie "Highlander" where Christopher Lambert was driven from) - Kyle of Localsh - the Isle of Skye Bridge, The Isle of Skye, The Atlantic Ocean, the Cloannach pass, Armadail pier, the Ferry across to Mallaig and the mainland, Silver Sands and here in Fort William, with Ben Nevis (the tallest mountain in the UK as my backdrop...

Tomorrow brings Glencoe - where the MacDonalds massacred the Cambells, The Falls of Dochart, Killin, Loch Tay and Pitlochrie with it's famous salmon leap - which I should have timed to perfection...Then back to Aberdeen and my brothers wedding.

It's almost heinous to think that I'll be back in a week and a day...

Photos will be posted... and maybe sense of the above will be made too...

Can YOU hear the pipers call?
