I did see her last night.

I apologised.

She asked me "what for?"

I told her I had been a jackass and had no right to blurt out the words I had.

She told me to shut up and kissed me on the cheek.

And we talked about other things....

I guess that means things are OK.

Not quite "...stars and sunlight and perfectly formed sentences... like melodies in symphonies by Strauss, a Bendel Bonnet, a Shakespeare Sonnet, like Mickey mouse"

But not far off.
